About This Service

Welcome to the Base Map Online Store. Use this service to find aerial photography, orthophotos, hillshaded imagery, gridded DEMs, and satellite imagery of the Province of British Columbia.

Getting Started

To use this service you will require:

• A valid email address to receive communication regarding your order.
  
• A valid address (Canadian or International) used to ship your order.
  
• A Credit Card (VISA/MasterCard) to pay for your order.
  
• For courier delivery an account with that courier is required.
  
• A BC Government user id and password
  
• General Public - Basic BCeID
  
• Registered Companies - Business BCeID
  
• Internal Government Users - IDIR

Much of our imagery is available through our public, Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Web Map Services. The imagery has been adjusted for efficient web access but is suitable for use as backdrop in your OGC-compliant mapping tool of choice.
