If you are attempting to retrieve orders generated in the last two weeks in the previous version of the distribution service, please modify the URL you received in your order retrieval e-mail by doing the following: Replace "srmapps" with "aardvark". For example, if you received an e-mail with the following URL link:

http://srmapps.gov.bc.ca/apps/dwds/initiateDownload.do?orderId=78818

replace "srmapps" with "aardvark". Your new URL should be

http://aardvark.gov.bc.ca/apps/dwds/initiateDownload.do?orderId=78818
